This July, we’re proud to celebrate a significant milestone for Becky Phillips, who marks 35 years with Thompson Jenner.
Becky joined the firm in 1990 as a trainee Accounting Technician and is now a highly respected member of the team in her role as Corporate Services Manager. Her strong aptitude for numbers and problem solving made accountancy a natural fit, and throughout her career she has played an important role in supporting and mentoring those starting out in the profession.
While the pace of technological change has been one of the biggest challenges, Becky has continually adapted and embraced new ways of working. Her experience and steady approach have made her a go-to figure for colleagues and clients alike.
Becky credits the supportive and flexible working environment at Thompson Jenner—particularly while raising her family—as a key reason for her long-standing career with the firm. That balance has helped her grow into a role she continues to enjoy.
We’re delighted to mark Becky’s 35-year anniversary and thank her for her dedication, professionalism, and contribution over the years.
