James May

James joined Thompson Jenner as a Corporate Services Manager in 2024 completing his ACA qualifications in 2025.

James has a wealth of accountancy experience in a wide variety of sectors, having worked his way up from an Accounts Trainee in 2018 to his promotion to Junior Accounts Manager in 2021 at another Devon Firm. He works with SME businesses owners, large companies and individuals dealing with accounting and tax issues/planning and providing management reporting, general support and ad-hoc advice throughout the year. James is based in our Exeter office.
