We wanted to update you on where we are with our coronavirus planning to ensure that our clients continue to receive our full accountancy and tax services in a timely manner, as well as the crucial business support and guidance that will be needed over the coming few weeks and months.
The health and wellbeing of our staff is our priority and all staff from both our Exeter and Exmouth offices are working from home and have the necessary equipment to ensure that they can continue to work effectively. We have always had policies in place, which cover the appropriate way to work securely from home in order to maintain confidentiality and the protection of data.
We are extremely impressed with how our staff have adapted to the changing circumstances, which has enabled us to continue to support our clients during this very difficult time.
Whilst both offices are now closed, documents may still be delivered to each office during normal working hours. We are also encouraging the use of delivery of documents electronically so please feel able to provide information in this manner. If you require IT support to assist with this, our sister company, ThinkIT are able to assist www.thinkituk.com. You can also continue to use our usual office telephone numbers to make contact with us.
As a further safeguard to our staff, there will be no client meetings face to face at the moment until government guidelines change. Meetings are still taking place using video conference options so please get in touch with your contact Partner should you wish to set a meeting up by this method.
We are fully committed to providing you with regular business updates and guidance on all of the business support measures as and when they are announced. If you have not already done so, we would really encourage all our clients to subscribe to our email mailing list here to receive regular business support and guidance updates.
Please remember we are here to help as much as possible through these challenging times. The Partners are in regular contact and we will continue to follow advice issued by the government and the NHS, and will keep you updated with our plans on a regular basis.
